Allow me to list your home for sale and pay the low fee of just 4.5%. We will pay the broker who is representing the buyer the full and customary 3% and will keep just 1.5%.*

For example: On the sale of a $250,000.00 home a total of $11,250.00 in commission will be paid. $7,500.00 to the buyer’s broker and $3,750.00 to the listing broker.

SELLING and BUYING

In addition, when you close on the purchase your new property I will refund 33% of my earned Buyer’s agency commission to you. This is commission paid by the seller that I will give to you at closing.**

For example: Assuming the price of your next home is $300,000.00, and a Buyer’s agency commission of 3% has been paid by the Seller, you will receive $2,970.00.
